Parking is a hassle. only five spots available! We ended up at Mozart Garage, which was pricey for narrow spaces. Also, the lift felt outdated and cramped for our luggage.

The Standard Double Room with City View was cozy and had a nice size, though not super spacious. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a plus during warm days. The decor was nice, and the soundproofing did a great job keeping noise out. The bathroom was clean, but it could have used a bit more space. Overall, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

the in-room safe was a hassle. but the breakfast spread was amazing, especially the fresh fruit. and the garden was a beautiful spot to unwind with orange trees all around. my room had a great balcony too.

This place was a great match for a concise stay in Nice with great value for the money. The staff were super apologetic when I mentioned the ants in my bathroom and promptly moved me to a different room. Just be careful about leaving your luggage at the front desk.
